Investigation and Analysis on Occupational Identity of Rural Order-Oriented Medical Undergraduates and Research on Promotion Strategies

Abstract
Objective To understand the status quo of the occupational identity of rural order-oriented medical undergradu-ates in our school,and to put forward specific suggestions,so as to provide reference for improving the training of rural order-ori-ented medical undergraduates.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on undergraduates majoring in clinical medicine in our school to compare the difference of occupational identity between rural order-oriented medical students and general medical students,and to analyze the current situation of rural order-oriented medical undergraduates'occupational identity.Results Ru-ral order-oriented medical undergraduates'preference for this major and willingness to engage in related work in this major were lower than those of general medical students;and their understanding of relevant policies and primary health institutions was rela-tively low;only 20.29%of rural order-oriented medical undergraduates were very much looking forward to serving the grassroots,and most think that grassroots health work cannot realize their own value and were conducive to self-development.Conclusion The level of professional identity of rural order-oriented medical undergraduates is relatively low.We should improve their profes sional identity level and improve their awareness of serving the grassroots through measures such as strengthening curriculum ide-ology and politics education,strengthening policy publicity,increasing investment in grassroots medical and health care,and pro-moting the development of grassroots physicians,to boost the development of grassroots medical and health services.关键词
