Analysis of 13 nucleic acid tests and characteristics of respiratory pathogen in alveolar lavage fluid of children with community-acquired pneumonia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the distribution of respiratory tract pathogen nucleic acid 13 test in alveolar lavage fluid of children with community-acquired pneumonia(CAP),and to further analyze the characteristics of pathogen distribution.Methods:A total of 240 children with CAP were selected as the research subjects.All children underwent sputum bacterial culture,alveolar lavage fluid bacterial culture and 13 tests of respiratory tract pathogen nucleic acid in alveolar lavage fluid.The positive rates of the above three detection methods were compared,and divide the children into three groups according to their age:<2 years old group,2~5 years old group,and>5 years old group.The distribution characteristics of pathogens detected by 13 nucleic acids of respiratory pathogens in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid were analyzed.Results:Among the 240 children,44 cases were positive in sputum bacterial culture,with a positive rate of 18.34%,19 cases were positive in alveolar lavage fluid bacterial culture,with a positive rate of 7.93%,and140 cases were positive in alveolar lavage fluid respiratory pathogen nucleic acid 13 test results,with a positive rate of 58.33%.The positive rate of respiratory pathogen nucleic acid 13 test in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid was higher than that in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid bacterial culture and sputum bacterial culture(P<0.001).The pathogen infection rates of children aged<2 years,2~5 years and>5 years were 44.00%,61.27%and 64.58%,respectively.A total of 162 strains of pathogens were detected in 140 children with positive re-spiratory tract pathogen nucleic acid 13 test in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid,and the top three were Streptococcus pneumoniae,Myco-plasma pneumoniae and Haemophilus influenzae.Among them,the infection rates of Streptococcus pneumoniae,Mycoplasma pneumoni-ae and Haemophilus influenzae were the highest in the 2~5 years old group.Conclusion:The detection of respiratory tract pathogen nucleic acid 13 test in alveolar lavage fluid is of great value in the diagnosis and treatment of children with CAP,and especially in accu-rately detecting common bacterial and Mycoplasma pneumoniae infections in the lungs.关键词
