HDCP患者血清miR-181b、PLGF、IL-17与疾病严重程度的关系及其对不良妊娠结局的预测价值
Relationship between serum miR-181b,PLGF,IL-17 and disease severity in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and their predictive value for adverse pregnancy outcomes

Abstract
Objective:To explore the relationship between serum miR-181b,placental growth factor(PLGF),interleukin 17(IL-17)and disease severity in patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy(HDCP)and their predictive value for ad-verse pregnancy outcomes.Methods:126 pregnant women with HDCP were selected as the research subjects.According to the severity of HDCP,they were divided into gestational hypertension group(n =61),preeclampsia group(n =37)and severe preeclampsia group(n =28).According to pregnancy outcomes,they were divided into normal group(n =62)and adverse pregnancy group(n =64).The serum levels of IL-17,PLGF,and miR-181b in patients with different disease severity and pregnancy outcomes were compared,and their relationship with the severity of HDCP and their predictive value for adverse pregnancy outcomes were analyzed.Results:There were statistically significant differences in serum miR-181b,IL-17,and PLGF levels among patients with different disease severity groups(P<0.05).The levels of serum miR-181b and IL-17 in severe preeclampsia group were the highest,and those in gestational hyperten-sion group were the lowest.PLGF in severe preeclampsia group was the lowest,and that in the gestational hypertension group was the highest(P<0.05).The severity of HDCP was positively correlated with levels of serum miR-181b and IL-17,while negatively correla-ted with PLGF(P<0.05).Premature delivery and postpartum hemorrhage were main adverse pregnancy outcomes.The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes was the highest in severe preeclampsia group(P<0.05).The levels of serum miR-181b and IL-17 in ad-verse pregnancy group were higher than those in normal group,while PLGF was significantly lower than that in normal group(P<0.05).miR-181b(AUC =0.725,P<0.05),IL-17(AUC =0.692,P<0.05)and PLGF(AUC =0.698,P<0.05)were all of pre-dictive value for adverse pregnancy outcomes(P<0.05).AUC,sensitivity and specificity of combined detection were 0.792,85.94%and64.52%,respectively.Conclusion:The levels of serum miR-181b,PLGF and IL-17 are correlated with the severity of HDCP,and have predictive value for adverse pregnancy outcomes.The combined detection has higher predictive value.关键词
