On the Technical Governance of Digital Capitalism
摘要
Abstract
Technological governance is the most typical feature and the most significant trend of digital capitalism of west countries.On the one hand,digital capital uses digital technology to open the way for its own valorisation and overall governance;On the other hand,the deep coupling between digital capital and digital technology has opened up a new path and paradigm for digital capitalist technological governance.Networked and diffused digital technology is the virtual ruling force and structural control system in the era of digital capitalism.It replaces the blatant and explicit hard coercion with implicit but invisible and silent soft control,stimulates and absorbs the subjective initiative and creativity of the whole society,and optimally realizes the maximization and optimization of valorisation of digital capital.The purpose of exploring the technological governance and its inherent logic of digital capitalism is to pierce the myth of digital capitalist technological governance,and at the same time to identify the crisis and challenges of digital capitalist technological governance system and digitized governance capability,so as to seek optimization opportunities and transcendence paths.关键词
