The Logic,Vision and Path of Administrative Law Enforcement Reform in Digital Government Construction
摘要
Abstract
The"great comprehensive integration"administrative law enforcement reform is a vivid practice of implementing the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and exploring the deep integration of digital government and law-ruled government,which has a very special strategic significance for solidly promoting Chinese-style modernization.Based on digital advantages such as integration,inclusiveness,and aggregation,the"great comprehensive integration"administrative law enforcement reform follows the development logic of unitary government,service government,and platform government,and has formed practical achievements such as digital brain,intelligent governance network,digital law enforcement,and digital internal control.However,it has also triggered practical reflections such as"digital generation gap","digital erosion",and"digital involution".It is necessary to focus on systematic planning,goal orientation,and strengthening the foundation in the development,and be courageous in explore the future,so as to form a"governance of China"plan with unique characteristics of the digital era.关键词
