摘要
Abstract
Depression is one of the most common non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease(PD).It usually appears in the early stage of the disease,seriously affecting the quality of life and increasing the burden of the disease.Neuroimaging has found a wide range of structural and functional abnormalities in the limbic system,especially the orbitofrontal lobe,anterior cingulate gyrus,amygdala and hippocampus are closely related to the pathophysiology of PD with depression(DPD).Therefore,taking the limbic system as a starting point,this paper reviews the MRI studies related to the changes of brain structure and function in DPD patients,in order to provide new ideas for future research.关键词
