摘要

Abstract

Addressing the issue of signal reflections impacting the performance of bandpass filters,we propose a design method of a compact microstrip quasi-reflectionless bandpass filter with wide absorption range.The structure is composed of two parts:a parallel-coupled bandpass serving as the main channel and an absorptive loss resonator made of resistors and short-circuit resonators in series,functioning as the absorption channel.After parametric analysis,a simple design method of quasi-reflectionless bandpass filter is given.A microstrip quasi-reflectionless bandpass filter with a center frequency of 3 GHz and a relative bandwidth of 75%is verified by HFSS simulation.The return loss in stopband and passband is about 11 dB,and about 92%of reflected power in stopband is absorbed by resistance.By reasonably designing the position of the absorption loss resonator,the overall filter size is 1.64×0.32λg×λg,meeting the requirements of miniaturization.
