Stress of NCM811 cathode material during charging and discharging process
摘要
Abstract
During the charging-discharging process of Li-ion battery,the deformation of electrode material caused the capacity attenuation of high-nickel layer cathode material.The mechanical-chemical coupling model and COMSOL software were used to solve the concentration field and stress field in the charge-discharge process of the cathode material,the changes of the concentration field and stress field in the lithium process of the LiNi0.8Co0.1Mn0.1O2(NCM811)cathode material were analyzed by COMSOL software,the theoretical calculation results were compared with the experiment.The residual stress of anisotropic single crystal NCM811 was much less than that of isotropic polycrystalline material,the residual stress was the main factor that made polycrystalline material fragile.关键词
