电解液添加剂对硬碳掺杂电池性能的影响
Effect of electrolyte additives on the performance of hard carbon doped battery

Abstract
In order to reduce the capacity loss and cycle decay caused by hard carbon,the effects of additives of vinyl fluorocarbonate(FEC),vinyl sulfate(DTD)and methyl methanesulfonate(MMDS)in the electrolyte on the battery performance were studied from the aspects of specific capacity,DC internal resistance(DCIR),rate discharge performance,high and low temperature performance,high temperature storage performance and room temperature cycle performance.Compared with the reference electrolyte,when FEC or DTD were added by 2.0%or 1.5%alone,the specific capacity of battery decreased by 4.4%or 5.2%,respectively.The use of 1.0%FEC,1.5%DTD and 0.5%MMDS together reduced the specific capacity by 1.9%.The combination of 1.0%FEC and 1.5%DTD could improve the problems of low capacity and fast cycle decay.The specific capacity increased by 0.5%,the discharge performance increased by 3.2%at 45℃,the residual capacity retention rate and recovery capacity retention rate stored at 60℃for 7 d reached 94.33%and 96.77%,respectively.After 360 cycles at rated power in 2.50-3.65 V at room temperature,the capacity retention rate increased by 1.5 percentage point.关键词
