Abstract
To investigate the necessity of the cathode re-pressing process for LR6 battery,the discharge performance of the battery was tested.Different re-pressing pressures were used to investigate the relation between cathode re-pressing pressure and battery discharge performance.After measurement,when the cathode re-pressing pressure was adjusted to 21 kN,the battery short-circuit current reached the optimal value,which were all above 16 A.The experiment results showed that the reasonable cathode re-pressing pressure could reduce the contact internal resistance of the battery,improve the storage performance of the battery and reduce the decline of the battery capacity in the storage process.关键词
