摘要

Abstract

The spent lithium iron phosphate(LiFePO4)Li-ion battery was crushed and sorted to get black powder.The black powder was recovered and regenerated by wet method,the leaching(recovery)rate of lithium,iron and phosphorus could reach more than 97%.Chemical precipitation method was used to remove copper and aluminum from the leaching solution.The iron powder replacement method could reduce the copper content to less than 0.000 1%,aluminum content could be reduced to 0.000 6%by using ammonium sulfate chemical precipitation,achieving a deep impurity removal effect.After impurity removal,the refined solution was used to synthesize battery grade anhydrous iron phosphate and lithium carbonate.LiFePO4 cathode material was further synthesized by high temperature solid phase method.The charge-discharge specific capacities of the button cell were 162.96 mAh/g and 159.31 mAh/g respectively after cycling at 0.1 C in 2.00-3.75 V,the Coulombic efficiency of the initial cycle was 97.76%.
