航空四芯线缆雷电耦合特性仿真与试验分析
Simulation and Test Analysis on Lightning Coupling Characteristic of Aerial Four-Core Cable Bundle

Abstract
Combining simulation analysis and test verification,lightning coupling characteristic of aerial four-core cable bundle is carried out.Simulation model of aircraft within four-core cable bundle is constructed by using electromagnetic simulation software,and lightning excitation is set based on SAE ARP 5412.According to RTCA DO-160G section 22,lightning coupling test platform of four-core ca-ble bundle is built.Lightning coupling simulation and test are employed to study influence on lightning coupling characteristic of four-core cable bundle,as coupling mode of lightning entering aircraft,in-duced effect of different lightning waveforms,different lightning amplitudes and different termination effect of core wires.Simulation and test results show good consistency in time-frequency characteristic trend of four-core cable bundle and lightning coupling,but differences in amplitude.Without crosstalk of core wires,lightning protection of equipment connecting to shorted core wire must be more attention as high peak and fast risetime of lightning induced wire current.Crosstalk of four-core cable bundle brought by shorted core wire make suppression on lightning induced wire current.关键词
