壳聚糖基温敏型水凝胶颗粒的制备及其缓释性能

Abstract
Temperature-sensitive chitosan/β-sodium glycerophosphate composite hydrogel microcapsules were prepared by emulsification-chemical crosslinking method.The hydrogel microcapsules were characterized by FT-IR and SEM.The encapsulation ability of chitosan hydrogel microcapsules to nicotinamide,one type of the cosmetic active substance,was evaluated with the aim of evaluating the water absorption swelling property,drug loading and slow-release ability of microcapsules.The results showed the encapsulation rate of microcapsules to nicotinamide was up to 91.9%under the conditions of 1∶4 volume ratio of water phase to oil,2.0%mass fraction of chitosan and 1.250%mass fraction of glutaraldehyde.The release rate of nicotinamide could reach 92.3%after 24 h,which confirmed the excellent slow-release ability of microcapsules.关键词
