Abstract
The nickel metal-organic frameworks@carboxymethyl cellulose/polyacrylamide hydrogels(Ni-MOF@CMC/PAM)were prepared by physical-chemical double cross-linked method using carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)as raw material,acrylamide(AM)as the monomer and nickel metal-organic framework(Ni-MOF)as loading particles.The structure,thermal stability and morphologies of hydrogels were characterized by FT-IR,XPS,TGA,SEM and EDS.The effect of CMC/AM molar ratios and Ni-MOF dosages on the mechanical properties and swelling behavior of hydrogels were investigated.The introduction of Ni-MOF elevated the mechanical strength of the hydrogel.The compressive strength of hydrogel was increased from 0.06 to 0.64 MPa and its fracture strain reached to 88.94%.The Ni-MOF@CMC/PAM hydrogel still maintained 80%high stress after 100 cycles.The swelling rate of Ni-MOF@CMC/PAM hydrogel was 11.98 g/g and retained stable swelling properties in the solutions with wide pH and high ionic concentrations.关键词
