海藻寡糖的化学法降解制备技术研究进展
Research progress in the preparation of seaweed oligosaccharides by chemical degradation methods
摘要
Abstract
As the degradation products from seaweed polysaccharides,seaweed oligosaccharides have potentially and widely applied in the fields of food,agricultural and medical,due to their good solubility and bioavailability properties.The chemical methods for preparing five types of seaweed oligosaccharides,including alginate oligosaccharides(AOS),fucoidan oligosaccharides(FOS),agar oligosaccharides(AGOS),carrageenan oligosaccharides(COS)and enteromorpha oligosaccharides(EOS)were reviewed.Additionally,the development on the method of preparing seaweed oligosaccharide through chemical degradation was forecasted.关键词
