一种纳米陶瓷涂层锅具的鉴别方法
A method for identifying nano ceramic coated cookware
摘要
Abstract
To identify the authenticity of imported nano ceramic coated cookware coating materials on the market and find a simple and effective identification method.A combination of IR,wavelength dispersive X ray fluorescence spectroscopy,X ray diffraction spectroscopy,and SEM were used to detect the coating materials of imported nano ceramic coated cookware.Qualitative analysis was conducted on 5 declared nano ceramic coating materials for cookware sold in blind sampling market.The result showed that Z1-32cm,C1-18cm and B1-24cm were nano ceramic coatings,while the other two were polytetrafluoroethylene coatings.This method provides an efficient and accurate detection approach for nano ceramic coatings identification in food contact materials.关键词
