摘要

Abstract

Soft open point(SOP)can significantly improve the power flow control capability of distribution network.In this paper,with the consideration of the situation of multi-agent game,an SOP capacity configuration method in elec-tricity market environment is studied.A bi-level model of planning and operation oriented to SOP configuration is pro-posed.At the planning level,an SOP capacity configuration model aimed at the maximum annual comprehensive bene-fits of a power grid company is established.At the operation level,an interactive game frame is constructed among the power grid company,DG operator and prosumers.A solution method is designed,which uses the Karush-Kuhn-Tucker(KKT)conditions to transform the operation level and then combines it with the planning level.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by a numerical example,indicating that the resulting SOP capacity configuration scheme takes into account both the market environment and the power grid company's benefits.
