摘要

Abstract

Aimed at the situation that the existing DC carrier communication system cannot achieve a long-distance,high-power and high-speed transmission and the problem of error caused by sharp fluctuations of voltage waveform when sending logic"0"under high-power time-varying load,the data transmission characteristics of DC carrier communica-tion system are analyzed to realize the reuse of power supply line and data transmission line.On this basis,a dual-pow-er technology is proposed to improve the data transmission waveform of DC carrier communication system,and a set of DC carrier communication circuit in half duplex mode which is based on two instrument power supply lines is designed.Through experimental results,it is verified that compared with those of the RS485 system,the power supply and com-munication functions of the proposed system can be realized without adding wiring.In addition,the topology is of arbi-trary structure and with a low error rate,which is suitable for the use in a DC carrier communication circuit between in-struments and modules in a control room.
