多扰动下微电网故障检测方法
Fault Detection Method for Microgrid Under Multiple Disturbances
摘要
Abstract
Aimed at the complex operating mode of microgrid and the difficulty in fault detection due to the weak fault signal features that are difficult to extract,a microgrid fault detection method based on successive variational mode de-composition-multiscale permutation entropy(SVMD-MPE)and whale optimization algorithm-kernel extreme learning machine(WOA-KELM)is proposed.For the problem that the K-value of VMD needs to be set manually,the intrinsic mode function(IMF)is obtained by adding the decomposition constraints,which is further optimally reconstructed by introducing the kurtosis value.By using the advantage of MPE(i.e.,it is sensitive to sudden changes of the signal),the optimized fault signal features are extracted so as to characterize different fault types.Since the accuracy of the KELM model is affected by parameters C and γ,it is optimized by WOA,and the fault features are used as input for learning,thus forming a microgrid fault detection model.Finally,a microgrid system is built on the PSCAD simulation platform for carrying out simulation experiments,and experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve an accu-rate fault detection in different operating states of microgrid regardless of the ground resistance,fault point and fault mo-ment.关键词
