Design innovation of south channel bridge of Zhangjinggao Yangtze River Bridge

摘要

Abstract

Focusing on Zhangjinggao Yangtze River Bridge,the largest span bridge of the world,the main control factors considered in the design of the bridge are outlined.The technical challenges faced in the con-struction of 2 300-m-span suspension bridge on a typical soft soil foundation in the downstream area of the Yangtze River are elaborated.In response to the technical challenges posed by six"world records"and guided by problems and requirements,the following technical measures are proposed:a self-balancing structure sys-tem for the main cable of suspension bridge,an ultra-high composite tower with steel box and steel tube re-strained concrete,an ultra-large-scale anchorage supported by the composite diaphragm wall foundation which transforms from supporting structure into permanent structure,a super-scale self-propelled prefabricated cable saddle,an intelligent sensing and replaceable main cable anchor system,and a comprehensive intelligent anti-corrosion system for the entire bridge.Through theoretical analysis,modeling,and experimental verification,six corresponding world pioneering technologies have been formed,providing theoretical guidance and techni-cal support for the design and construction of the bridge.
