摘要

Abstract

To study the influence of non-prestressed reinforcement corrosion on the stress of prestressed ten-dons,stress values of test beams are recorded under different corrosion conditions for 180 d.To accelerate the corrosion process of longitudinal reinforcement in prestressed concrete test beams,a wet-dry cycles by salty so-lution coupled with galvanization method is employed.Monitoring of the stress in the prestressed tendons is achieved using a vibrating wire anchor force gauge.The tested results show that a positive correlation exists between ambient temperature and variations in prestressed tendon stress.Compared with the static test beam in the atmospheric environment,the wet-dry cycles increase the stress in the prestressed tendon,and the stress of the prestressed tendons continues to increase during the study period,and the maximum change value is 42.6 MPa,which is related to the characteristics of wet swelling and salt swelling of concrete.The corrosion of lon-gitudinal reinforcement,along with the associated damage to the concrete cross-section,lead to a substantial 31.5%reduction in prestressed tendon stress along the concrete axis.The established relationship model be-tween the corrosion rate of longitudinal reinforcement and the change in stress of the prestressed tendons is in good agreement with the experimental test results.Therefore,longitudinal reinforcement corrosion significantly affects the stress of prestressed tendon in prestressed concrete beams,and it needs to be considered in design and maintenance.
