摘要

Abstract

The red-near-infrared spectrum is widely used in many fields such as medical treatments.However,there is an excess of blue luminescence caused by red-near-infrared device excited by 450 nm LEDs.In this work,we proposed to construct the Ce3+→Cr3+ energy transfer to suppress the blue emission from the lighting devices.The Ce3+/Cr3+ co-doped Ba3Sc4O9 phosphors were prepared and their photoluminescence were investigated.The Ba3Sc4O9:Ce3+/Cr3+ phosphors exhibit double emission bands centered at 585 nm and 835 nm,respectively.The blue emission remained in the prepared LED device is reduced by 78%,and the emission intensity of Cr3+ is increased up to 181%due to the energy transfer efficiency as high as 50.92%between Ce3+ and Cr3+.
