新冠感染疫情背景下大学数学教师在线教学策略与信念探究

摘要

Abstract

With the normalization of the epidemic(COVID-19)and the development of educational technology,online teaching has become part of the teaching of mathematics courses in colleges and universities.This study applies qualitative research method and takes three college mathematics teachers as the research subjects to analyze and study their online teaching strategies and beliefs in the epidemic COVID-19.The research found that:on the one hand,by using MOOC resources,developing auxiliary teaching materials and corresponding short videos,increasing case studies and online interaction,the effect of online teaching can be effectively improved.On the other hand,teachers'beliefs in mathematics,mathematics learning,and mathematics teaching play a leading role in guiding teachers to choose their teaching strategies.Finally,this study gives the following suggestions:Firstly,college mathematics teachers should always adhere to the student-centered teaching philosophy.Secondly,teachers should take the initiative to change their roles on guide of students'independent learning,online supervision,live teaching,etc.Thirdly,colleges and universities should help teachers in terms of policy guidance and technical support.
