协同育人视域下新农科应用型创新型人才培养路径探索与实践

Abstract
To adapt to the development of Chinese agricultural modernization,the higher agricultural education requires the new agricultural science,and it strengthens the integration and innovation of multi-disciplinary subjects.Taking full advantages of multi-disciplinary subjects,the establishment of new agricultural science at regional university should be based on the development of regional modern agriculture and rural re-vitalization,and it should build a multi-institutional collaborative educational mechanism to cultivate high-quality personnel around the whole-industrial chain of modern agriculture.At Hetao College,the majors of agricultural science is persisting in its industrial guidance and persevering in collaborative education,applying university-government-enterprise cooperation,as well as industry-university-research innovative integration.Thus,it realizes the unification of personnel cultivation and industrial needs,combination of production technology and modern ideas,as well as integration of professional skills and humanistic quality.Furthermore,by implementing the achievement-oriented cultivation concept,it builds a new agricultural educational route in cultivating the new applied-oriented personnel affection for agriculture.关键词
