新工科视域下创新应用型制药工程专业人才培养模式探索

Abstract
Based on the characteristics of pharmaceutical engineering from the perspective of new engineering,the study was aimed to encourage students to actively participate in various practical activities in the teaching process,which could improve the quality of teachingand cultivate innovative applied professionals.To establish a talent training system with the goal of all-round development of students,the core of training innovative ability and application ability,and the guarantee of continuous quality improvement.With the goal of cultivating innovative and applied talents,the"professional quality improvement project"has been fully launched,and professional engineering certification has been taken as the starting point to integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education into the whole process of talent training.According to the requirements of industrial talents,the training standards are formulated,and the innovation,creation and entrepreneurial ability were taken as important indexes to evaluate the quality of talent training.The educational development mode of pharmaceutical studentsis explored and innovated,and the practical and innovative ability of students was improved as the orientation.关键词
