高校思政课教师课堂话语冗余现象:危害、原因及治理

Abstract
There is a discourse redundancy phenomenon in some class,which brings a series of harm,mainly for:reducing teaching efficiency,distracting students fatigue,only teaching familiar content,teaching methods depends on a single teaching mode,reducing classroom interaction,affecting the ideological course effect in colleges and universities.The reasons for the phenomenon of redundancy in class are as complicated as:worrying that the students do not understand the teaching content;poor preparing before class;the theory of the ideological and political courses is supposed to be repeated in class;the satisfaction of the teachers'satisfaction.The students'interactive needs are neglected;and the problem of redundancy in classroom discourse is easy to be taken as a teaching advantage.In order to eliminate or reduce the redundancy,teachers need to understand the cognitive characteristics and learning rulers of the new generation students,manage the teaching process,prepare the curriculum carefully,fully interlink the content,fully believe the learning quality of the young generation of college students.Teachers also meet the interactive needs of students and learn the new teaching technology to improve the teaching ability.Therefore,the attraction and teaching effect of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities will be improved to a higher level.关键词
