基于校企合作的药学类专业实践教学模式研究
摘要
Abstract
Pharmacy is a practical discipline,and school-enterprise cooperation is closely related to the cultivation of pharmacy majors so that students can accumulate more knowledge and skills in practice,upgrade their comprehensive quality,and accommodate the market demand and development trend better while making a much more significant impact on the progress and innovation of the Chinese medicine industry.Therefore,school-enterprise cooperation ought to be a top priority in the cultivation of pharmacy majors in colleges and universities to stimulate the cultivation of pharmacy talents and the development of the industry.The university-enterprise cooperation model is one of the effective approaches to the field of pharmacy professional practice teaching,for which it is proposed to establish a framework for practice education around the school,enterprises,and the government,and to strengthen the development of practice teaching through three aspects:enterprise interaction,cooperative teaching,and cooperative practice.The practical teaching of pharmacy majors requires the concerted efforts of schools,enterprises,and the government to jointly set up a practical teaching ecosystem and cultivate pharmacy professionals with real-world skills.关键词
