小型柱塞式生物质成型机设计及试验OA
Design and Experiment of Small Biomass Molding Machine
为解决废弃山核桃蒲壳乱丢乱弃而污染环境的问题,将其变为能够回收利用的清洁能源,设计了一种小型柱塞式生物质成型机,将废弃山核桃蒲壳变废为宝,制成生物质颗粒成型燃料.采用控制变量法、转换法,通过试验研究,对比不同物料粒度、成型模具长径比、成型温度、原料含水率等条件下所得成型燃料的松弛密度,确定最佳成型工艺参数.试验结果表明,其较高含量的木质素纤维素有利于生物质颗粒的形成,在物料粒度为3 mm、成型温度为110℃、模具长径比为3.0∶1、原料含水率为16%时,加工成型的山核桃蒲壳燃料粒度品质最好,密度最高.设计的家用柱塞式生物质成型机不仅可以提高农林废弃物的利用率,减少环境污染,还可为全国实现碳达峰、碳中和目标作出贡献.
In order to solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by discarded pecan bushes and turn them into clean energy that can be recycled,a small plunger type biomass forming machine was designed to turn discarded pecan bushes into a treasure and make biomass pellet forming fuel.Using the controlled variable method,conversion method,the optimum molding process parameters were determined through experimental studies comparing the relaxation density of the resulting molding fuel under different conditions of material size,molding mold aspect ratio,molding temperature,and moisture content of raw materials.The experimental results showed that its higher content of lignin cellulose was beneficial to the formation of biomass pellets,and the best particle size quality and highest density of pecan fruit bushes fuel were processed and molded at a material size of 3 mm,a molding temperature of 110℃,a mold aspect ratio of 3∶1,and a raw material moisture content of 16%.The designed home plunger type biomass forming machine can make pecan fruit bushes into pellet type biomass forming fuel,which not only can improve the utilization rate of agricultural and forestry waste,but also can reduce environmental pollution and contribute to the national goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.
