一种静态发酵堆肥箱的研制OA
Design and Manufacture of a Static Fermentation Compost Bin
为解决中小型养殖场以及村镇的有机废弃物,实现有机废弃物就近收集、储存、初级无害化、减量化、资源化处理的目的,设计一种静态发酵堆肥箱.该静态发酵堆肥箱由e-PTFE分子膜进料门、固液耦合发酵系统、喷淋回流循环系统、微压鼓风系统、吊装勾环系统、控制系统等组成,其中,固液耦合发酵系统与喷淋回流循环系统保证发酵仓内的有机废弃物在合适水分条件下发酵,并让大部分渗滤液与菌剂混合喷淋回发酵仓,经发酵转化为液体肥料;微压鼓风系统保证微生物有足够的氧气进行好氧发酵将有机废弃物转化成固体有机肥料;通过对固液耦合发酵系统的支撑底板以及吊装勾环系统2个关键部件进行受力分析,验证了其可靠性以及安全性;通过堆肥发酵试验,验证了发酵物料堆体温度和水分均符合好氧堆肥发酵相关技术规范.
In order to solve the organic waste of small and medium-sized farms as well as villages and towns,and to realize the purpose of collecting and storing organic waste nearby,and primary harmless,reduced and resourceful treatment,a static fermentation composting tank is designed.The static fermentation composting box consists of e-PTFE molecular membrane feed gate,solid-liquid coupling fermentation system,spray back circulation system,micro-pressure blower system,lifting hook and loop system,control system,etc.,in which the solid-liquid coupling fermentation system and the spray back circulation system ensures that the organic wastes in the fermentation silo ferment in the appropriate moisture conditions,and most of the leachate mixed with the bacterial agent spray back to the fermentation silo,and then converted into liquid fertilizer by fermentation;while the micro-pressure blower system and the micro-pressure blower system are used to convert the organic wastes into liquid fertilizer.The micro-pressure blower system ensures that the microorganisms have enough oxygen to carry out aerobic fermentation to convert organic waste into solid organic fertilizer;through the support base plate of the solid-liquid coupling fermentation system and the lifting hook and loop system,two key components of the force analysis,to verify its reliability and safety;through the composting and fermentation test,to verify that the fermented material heap temperature and moisture are in line with the aerobic composting and fermentation.Through the compost fermentation test,it is verified that the temperature and moisture of the fermented materials are in accordance with the aerobic compost fermentation.
