Research and Development of Monitoring System for Rice Husking Processing Production Line
为解决稻谷去壳传统产线设备运行状态监控、产能数据分析等难题,加速生产线数字化转型升级,研发一种分布式稻谷去壳加工生产线监控系统.该系统基于Profinet总线通信协议,监控层采用中型PLC S7-1200作为核心控制,开发WinCC上位机监控站;设备层采用小型PLC S7-200 smart作为分布式控制,开发McgsPro分站触摸屏界面.实现各设备远程单机点动、流程化一键启动、设备运行状态监视、电能及产能数据采集与报表生成等功能.该系统提高了稻谷综合深加工生产效率,减少人工误操作率,对推动农业现代化具有重要意义.
To solve the problems of monitoring the operation status and analyzing production capacity data of traditional rice husking production lines,and accelerate the digital transformation and upgrading of production lines,a distributed rice husking processing production line monitoring system has been developed.The system is based on the Profinet bus communication protocol,and the monitoring layer uses a medium-sized PLC S7-1200 as the core control to develop a WinCC upper computer monitoring station;The device layer adopts a small PLC S7-200 smart as distributed control,and develops a McgsPro substation touch screen interface.Realize functions such as remote single machine jog of various devices,streamlined one click start,equipment operation status monitoring,electricity and production capacity data collection and report generation.This system greatly improves the comprehensive deep processing production efficiency of rice,reduces the rate of manual misoperation,and is of great significance for promoting agricultural modernization.
