Abstract
In response to the slow development of rice machine transplanting in Guangdong Province and the bottleneck in increasing the rate of machine transplanting,it is pointed out that in addition to land fragmentation,miniaturization of management,and decentralization of services,the root cause is still the low efficiency of the conventional seeding framework and operation structure as a whole,and the problem of uneven seedling formation is prominent.Furthermore,excessive reliance on manual labor has led to high and low seedling raising costs and efficiency,The seedling cultivation process has become a weakness in the full mechanization improvement of our province.Through a comprehensive analysis of the cost and production efficiency of seedling cultivation and transplanting,this article finds that the economic and simplicity requirements of seedling cultivation equipment are particularly important.Based on the actual situation in Guangdong,especially the characteristics of hilly and mountainous areas,a configuration and operation plan for small and medium-sized seedling cultivation centers is proposed,and its operational benefits are analyzed to prove its applicability.关键词
