Abstract
With the increase in labor and rental costs in the catering industry,as well as the rise of the current"lazy house economy",the development of prefabricated vegetables has greatly accelerated.The prefabricated vegetable industry in Guangdong Province has also taken advantage of this opportunity to develop rapidly,taking the lead in organizing and systematically promoting the development of the prefabricated vegetable industry at the provincial level in the country.The prefabricated vegetable industry in Guangdong is an important agricultural industry and an important component of agricultural modernization in Guangdong Province.This article will analyze the current development status and existing problems of prefabricated vegetables in Guangdong Province,and further propose countermeasures and suggestions.关键词
