摘要

Abstract

In order to determine distribution characteristics of persistent organic pollutants in Camellia oleifera in Guangxi,taking 48 batches of C.oleifera fruits and forest soils from 48 sample sites in major C.oleifera producing areas in Guangxi as research objects,GC-MS/MS was used to analyze pollution levels of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs),17 polychlorinated biphenyls(PCBs),23 organochlorine pesti-cides(OCPs)and 18 phthalic acid esters(PAEs).Results showed that there were 10 main PAHs in forest soils and C.oleifera seed coats,shells and kernels.PCBs had low level of pullution.Main PAEs were DIBP,DBP and DCHP.Main OCPs in forest soils were γ-BHC(lindane),heptachlor,endrin aldehyde and sulfate sulphate,and main OCPs C.oleifera seed coats,shells and kernels were p,p'-DDT,heptachlor,endrin ketone and γ-BHC(lin-dane).Total contents of PAHs and PCBs in forest soils were higher than those in C.oleifera seed coats,shells and kernels,but which had not affected edible safety of C.oleifera fruits.Eliminating organic matter burning and increasing application of biochar based fertilizer could reduce impacts of PAHs and PCBs on soils.Reduce use of pesticides and fertilizers to reduce pollution of OCPs.Pollution of PAEs should be further monitored.
