福建竹林土壤重金属与竹笋健康风险评估
Assessment of Heavy Metals in Soils and Health Risk of Bamboo Shoots in Fujian

Abstract
In order to comprehensively monitor pollution situations of heavy metals in soils and access health risk of bamboo shoots in Fujian,374 batches of bamboo shoots and soils in main bamboo shoot production areas in Fujian were collected.Single factor pollution index and comprehensive pollution index were used to assess pollution status of heavy metals in soils,and target hazard quotient was used to access health risk of bamboo shoots.Results showed that average contents of Pb,Cr,Cu,As,Hg and Cd in soils were 56.81,33.76,23.46,5.85,0.15 and 0.10 mg/kg,respectively.Contents of Pb or Cd in several areas exceeded risk screening values of standards.Single factor pollution index showed that there were not obvious pollutions of heavy metals in soils of main bamboo shoot production areas and order was Pb>Cd>Cr>Cu>As>Hg.Average contents of Pb,Cd and As in bamboo shoots were 0.078,0.008 and 0.002 mg/kg,respectively.Contents of Pb in bamboo shoots in several areas exceeded safety limits.Pollution degrees of soils in main bamboo shoot production areas were safe or within warning line,and pollution levels were clean or moderately clean.Heavy metal contents in bamboo shoots had low harm to adults and children in Fujian.Heavy metal contents in soils and bamboo shoots had syn-ergistic enrichments or negative effects.Heavy metal contents in soils and bamboo shoots in Fujian were gener-ally within safety range according to standards,which could not cause risks to people.关键词
