3种湿度对梓木木材性能的影响
Effects of Three Kinds of Humidities on Properties of Catalpa ovata Wood

Abstract
To analyze influence mechanism of humidity on surface and internal changes of Catalpa ovata wood,taking C.ovata wood as experimental objects,infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction were used to deter-mine changes of chemical composition and crystallinity degree on wood surface.Effects of different humidity conditions on weight gain rate,surface color and internal morphology of C.ovata wood were analyzed.Results showed that with increase of time,under 60%RH condition,cell structures of C.ovata samples were slightly shrunken and deformed due to water loss,and color of C.ovata samples was brightened due to reduction of auxochromic group(OH)caused by water loss.Under 85%RH and 95%RH conditions,cell structures of C.ova-ta samples expanded due to moisture absorption,exhibiting organized arrangement.Relative crystallinity de-gree increased,leading to hemicellulose hydrolysis and limited lignin degradation.Chromophoric groups(ben-zene rings and C=O)along with OH increased,resulting in decrease in brightness.Brightness reduction was par-ticularly pronounced under 95%RH condition.C.ovata samples mainly underwent hemicellulose hydrolysis changes under higher humidity conditions.关键词
