摘要

Abstract

For a reservoir or hydropower station without flood control task,in order to reduce reservoir inundation loss,flood limit water level is generally designed,i.e.the operation water level is lowered in flood season.At some reservoirs having been put into operation for years,it is found that even the flood control level is raised under cer-tain conditions,the reservoir inundation area could also be controlled within the inundation compensation range pro-posed in the preliminary design report while the flood regulating requirements of river basin and region are satisfied.For Dapu Hydropower Station,the author analyzed the regulation mode proposed in the preliminary design report and the actual operating regulation situation in recent years,studied the feasibility of raising flood limit water level,put forward a dynamic operating regulation mode for the reservoir after the flood limit level is raised,and analyzed the risk of raising flood limit level.
