工程造价风险管理研究
Study on management of construction cost risks
摘要
Abstract
Many uncertain factors may arise during the construction process of engineering projects,which means that engineering construction enterprises inevitably face various risks.The risk will inevitably affect the whole proj-ect if it is not prevented,and even result in a significant increase of engineering costs.A brief introduction was made on the connotation,types,features and causes of construction cost risk.The problems existing in the construc-tion cost risk management of Chinese construction enterprises at present are pointed out,including ignoring the risks at all stages of the project,the risk management system being incomplete,unable to correctly identify and ef-fectively control the risk.Corresponding solution measures are put forward.关键词
