摘要

Abstract

The paper uses spectrophotometry to analyze the concentration of chlorophyll-a in water,explores the effects of blank experiments,different grinding methods,and types of extraction solutions on the analysis results,and uses statistical calculations for research validation.The experimental results indicate that selecting a suitable reference solution can improve the negative absorbance value;changing the grinding method can improve experimental efficiency,and using 95%ethanol as the extraction solution can reduce experimental risks.The improved method has the characteristics of being fast,safe,and economical,and can be applied to quantitative analysis of chlorophyll a and biological research.
