Research Progress on the Regulatory Mechanism of Gut Microbiota on Osteoporosis in Rats/Mice

Abstract
Osteoporosis is often characterized by deterioration of the microstructure of bone tissue,leading to a decrease in bone mass and a risk of fracture.The latest research results show that gut microbiota has the potential to regulate bone health.In this regard,the paper elaborates on the dynamic balance of bone health and the pathological changes of osteoporosis,as well as the regulatory mechanism of gut microbiota on osteoporosis in rats/mice,providing new ideas for studying how gut microbiota can prevent osteoporosis and protect bone health.关键词
