藏药绿萝花中银椴苷的提取工艺研究

Abstract
In order to investigate the static adsorption and desorption capabilities of five macroporous resins for tiliroside in scindapsus aureus and find the most suitable macroporous resin for enrichment and purification of tiliroside,the paper takes the content of tiliroside as an indicator,examines the dynamic adsorption and elution parameters of the resin,and selects the sample and elution conditions.The results showed that AB-8 type macroporous resin was suitable for enrichment and purification of tiliroside in scindapsus aureus.The optimal conditions for sample loading and elution were a mass concentration of 2 mg/mL,a volume of 60 mL,a mass fraction of 70%ethanol elution solution,and a volume of 50 mL eluent.The macroporous adsorption resin method can be used to extract tiliroside from Tibetan medicine scindapsus aureus.关键词
