摘要

Abstract

The changes in cell membrane morphology play a crucial role in biological movements,such as cell division and endocytosis.Giant monolayer vesicles(GUVs)undergo deformation under hypertonic conditions,which involves the conversion of free energy.The paper explores the changes in free energy during GUV deformation in a high permeability environment based on the elastic area difference model.The paper also explained its main components:the influence of elastic bending energy and area difference energy on membrane deformation and its dynamic mechanism.This study helps to understand the complex and diverse membrane deformation processes.
