摘要
Abstract
Lipase is a common biocatalyst and is currently widely used in the fields of medicine and biochemistry.However,due to the lack of stability of free lipase,it is easily affected by external environmental factors and cannot be effectively reused,which has a negative impact on the catalytic efficiency and effectiveness of the enzyme.Based on this,the paper analyzes the immobilization technology of lipase and studies its application in drug synthesis,aiming to provide assistance for improving the immobilization treatment effect of lipase and improving its application level in drug synthesis.关键词
