Abstract
Cell is the basic structural and functional unit of life activities,and it is indispensable for carrying out various researches in cell biology.Cell culture is the basis and premise of many cell biology researches,and it is also one of the most basic experimental operation techniques in biology.Primary cell culture is the main method to obtain cells.Incorporating the primary culture technology based on bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell isolation and culture into the cell biology experiment course can enrich the experimental course content,improve the course construction,and comprehensively promote the cell culture ability of students.The implementation of this experiment has a good consolidation effect on the students'research ability of cell culture.Moreover,the introduction of scientific research content into experimental teaching can strengthen students'understanding of the multi-potential differentiation of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,stimulate students'multi-experimental design thinking and the motivation to carry out comprehensive innovative experiments.关键词
