摘要

Abstract

After extracting the total alkaloids from Zhaotong Jinjiang Zanthoxylum schinifolium and applying them to Staphylococcus aureus,the paper measured the size of its antibacterial zone,minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC),growth inhibition curve,and changes in ATP content,and explored the antibacterial stability of the total alkaloids from Zanthoxylum schinifolium.The experiment found that after applying the total alkaloids of Jinjiang Zanthoxylum schinifolium to Staphylococcus aureus,the diameter of the antibacterial zone was 22.75±1.54 mm,and the MIC value was 25 mg/mL.The growth was inhibited,and the ATP content decreased.The test results of drug stability also showed that the total alkaloids of Zanthoxylum schinifolium had good antibacterial stability.
