菊花精油的提取及其抑菌性能的研究
Study on the Extraction and Antibacterial Properties of Chrysanthemum Essential Oil
摘要
Abstract
Chrysanthemum essential oil has good antibacterial properties,and its application value is not limited to aromatherapy,but also a potential natural food additive.The high-quality and efficient extraction of essential oil is a prerequisite for its application.This paper summarizes the extraction methods of chrysanthemum essential oil,further summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of each method,elaborates on the biological activity of chrysanthemum essential oil,and summarizes the antibacterial mechanism of chrysanthemum essential oil.The paper also summarizes the advantages of chrysanthemum essential oil as a food additive,as well as the current research status of using essential oil for food preservation,providing a reference basis for chrysanthemum essential oil as a food additive to increase food preservation.At the same time,it provides theoretical support for providing more natural and green food additives.关键词
