基于网络药理学探讨菊苣抗菌作用机制
Exploring the Antibacterial Mechanism of Chicory Based on Network Pharmacology

Abstract
The paper aims to explore the antibacterial mechanism of chicory using network pharmacology methods,screen the effective active ingredients and corresponding target proteins of chicory through the TCMSP database,and then use the GeneCards database to obtain antibacterial targets,retaining the intersection with drug targets.With the cooperation of Cytoscape 3.7.2 software,the active ingredient target disease network diagram is completed.By applying the STRING database,a protein protein interaction network diagram of common targets is constructed;with the support of the Metascape database,GO enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis are completed.A total of 12 active ingredients,156 targets(after removing duplicates),and 884 antibacterial targets were selected from chicory,with 46 common targets and 9 corresponding active ingredients.The GO analysis results show that the biological processes of key antibacterial target genes in chicory are enriched in the regulation of smooth muscle cell proliferation,neuronal death,and positive regulation of protein phosphorylation.Molecular functions are enriched in the regulation of nitric oxide synthase activity,and cell components are enriched in the rich-ficolin-1 granular cavity and cell membrane raft.The enrichment analysis of KEG pathway showed that the key targets of anti-bacterial mainly appeared in the cancer pathway,followed by lipid and atherosclerosis,human cytomegalovirus infection,trypanosomiasis,Kaposi's sarcoma and other related herpesvirus infection,blood flow shear force and atherosclerosis,JAK-STAT signal pathway,influenza A and other signal pathways.It indicated that the effective components of chicory can use multiple biological pathways and multiple signal pathways to play their roles and maintain antibacterial activity.The paper combines network pharmacology to analyze the specific components of chicory's antibacterial activity,studies the basic characteristics of multi-components,multiple targets,and multiple pathways,objectively judges the mechanism of chicory's antibacterial activity,and hopes to provide a basis for future research on antibacterial activity.关键词
