Abstract
The aim of the study is to evaluate the toxic effects of different doses of high efficiency fluoropyrrolidone technical drug on rats fed for 90 days.Healthy rats were mainly used as experimental subjects and randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.The experimental group was given different doses of high efficiency flupyrazole technical solution by oral administration,while the control group was given 0.9%sodium chloride solution.During the experiment,the general condition and behavior of animals were regularly observed,and physiological parameters such as body weight,blood biochemical indicators,and organ weight were measured and statistically analyzed.Through experiments,it was found that the weight gain of rats in the high-dose group was inhibited during the experiment,leading to abnormal behavior.Blood biochemical indicators showed abnormalities in liver and kidney function in the high-dose group.Through specific data analysis,it was clear that high-dose and high-efficiency fluclopidogrel technical feeding had a significant toxic effect on rats(P<0.05).The final results indicate that under high-dose feeding,the high efficiency fluclopyrrhetinic acid technical drug causes irreversible damage to the liver and kidney function of rats.关键词
