Abstract
In order to obtain the basic data of microbial distribution,help the factory identify microbial risk points and evaluate the effectiveness of anti-corrosion system,this paper investigates the microbial risk in the production environment and production process of detergent factory.The air,water samples,raw materials,equipment surfaces,packaging materials and production process of the factory were sampled and tested for microorganisms for three consecutive months.The contaminated bacteria in the production process were identified by molecular biology methods,and the effectiveness of the preservative used in the factory and the anti-corrosion efficiency of the finished products were evaluated by the determination of minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and the anti-corrosion challenge test.The results showed that no microorganisms were detected in raw materials,equipment surfaces and packaging materials.In the air,the total number of planktonic bacteria in two sites exceeded the standard,reaching 2 010 CFU/m3 and 2 030 CFU/m3,which were the emulsification room in April and the production workshop in May,respectively.The total number of planktonic bacteria in other time and sites was less than<1 000 CFU/m3,which was within the acceptable range.The production water has exceeded the standard in sampling inspection for three months,and the total number of colonies is between 102 and 105 CFU/mL.In the sampling process,microorganisms were detected in the step of adding active substances and additives,and 25 strains of bacteria were isolated from them,all with MIC values less than 0.02%.The dominant bacteria were Klebsiella pneumoniae and Enterobacter cloacae.Adding standard strains and dominant strains to the finished product can pass the anti-corrosion challenge test,which shows that the preservative used is effective and the product has good anti-corrosion performance.The microbial risk points in this factory are air,water samples and the steps of adding active substances and additives in the production process.After adding antiseptic and bactericide to the finished products in time,the anticorrosion efficiency is good.It is suggested that the factory strengthen the supervision and management of risk points to reduce the risk of microbial pollution.关键词
