摘要
Abstract
Based on the existing incomplete data table,this paper,by using Excel software,combined with graphs and tables,carried out the least squares curve fitting of the coordinate point distribution of total sugar concentration and transformed sugar concentration at different saturated concentrations of sucrose at different temperatures,the quadratic equation of total sugar concentration-transformed sugar concentration at sucrose saturation concentration was derived,and the coefficients-temperature coordinate point distributions of the quadratic equation at different temperatures were fitted with least squares curves,the quadratic equation of each coefficient-temperature is obtained by extrapolation,and the total sugar concentration at any temperature and at any sucrose saturation concentration can be calculated.关键词
