甘蔗糖厂多次元精准配比低温新型燃硫炉系统的开发与应用
The Development and Application of New Low Temperature Sulfur Burning Furnace System with Multiple Elements Precise Ratio in Sugarcane Factory
摘要
Abstract
In this study,a new type of low temperature sulfur burning furnace system was developed and introduced,and the application effect of the system in the actual production of sulfite sugarcane sugar mill was analyzed.The results showed that the new type of sulfur burning furnace system could significantly improve the purity of clear mixed juice,and the clarification effect was significantly improved.At the same time,the quality of white granulated sugar was significantly improved,the color value was reduced by more than 10%,and the yield of AA grade white granulated sugar was increased by about 20%.This application is of great significance for improving the production clarification effect,improving product quality,reducing production costs,and promoting the development of production to automation and intelligence.关键词
